A. No..tickets are discounted online, all sales are final.

A. The festival and performances go on rain or shine.

Q. How do I become a volunteer at the festival?

A. Call 850-944-3167 and put your name on the volunteer list and you will be contacted by a festival member.

Q. Can I bring my pet with me to the festival?

A. NO…Sorry pets are not allowed on festival grounds.

Q. Can I bring my video recorder or photograpy camera to the festival?

A. Yes you may bring a video recorder/camera to the festival, however you will NOT be permitted to video tape any part of the concert performed by Nashville country music artist listed as headliner performers.

Q. How do I get a backstage pass?

A. Backstage passes are invitation only from those artist performing at the festival. Strict security will enforce this policy at all times.

Q. Where do I go to get my tickets purchased online?

A. The day of the event you may pick up your tickets at either the main ticket booth or the East ticket entrance. You will need a photo ID such as a driver license,military ID,or state ID card. You will not receive tickets without proper photo ID.

Q. Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

A. Some groups do qualify for discount based on the number of persons attending in the group. You must contact the festival chairman for approval on any and all discounted rates. Call 850-944-3167  to submit your group for approval.

Q. How do I make a complaint about my visit to the festival?

A. All complaints or concerns must be in writing and submitted to: Beulahfest, 6400 W.Nine Mile Rd.,Pensacola Florida 32526 , Attn. Complaint Department. No complaints generated over the phone will be discussed.
