Thank you in advance for taking time to read about our BeulahFest sponsorship packages and finding one that fits your budget and advertising needs. BeulahFest is brought to you by the Beulah Firefighters Community Improvement Association, Inc., a not for profit 501C3 corporation registered with the state of Florida. We strive each year to provide a fun, family oriented environment that can be enjoyed by all. Some of the highlights of BeulahFest include Nashville country superstars and local bands that will be performing country and southern rock favorites; rides, arts and crafts, beer and Pepsi products. People from across the country come to our 26 year old festival to enjoy our food, entertainment and crafters. This year we have also added a Florida National BBQ cook off event. The event is a Jack Daniels qualifying stop for professional BBQ teams; this BBQ event is considered the “Sugar Bowl” of the BBQ circuit. The community improvement board puts on the festival each year to help multiple non-profit organizations. These organizations include local churches, volunteer fire departments, local youth baseball and football teams, high school agricultural classes and sports teams and fallen firefighter programs. We are also very proud of our partnerships with The Sacred Heart Miracle Camp and First Book Literacy Program. We have been proud partners with Sacred Heart Foundation since they built the Miracle Camp in Beulah in 2002. The Miracle Camp provides programs and overnight camps that lift the spirits of children and adults with chronic or life-threatening illnesses. One of our newest partnerships is with a great military support foundation, Operation Troop Aid. Operational Troop Aid sends care packages to our military men and women overseas. For the past two years, Operation Troop Aid with help of Jack Links Beef Jerky and BeulahFest, has been able to send $12,000.00 worth of care packages overseas and raised over $5,000.00 in funds to help support their cause here in the United States. The next BeulahFest will be held March 16 & 17, 2012 at the Escambia County Equestrian Center. We hope to see you there!

Sign sponsor – $500.00
A 4’X8’ sign will be posted either in the main arena or at the main gate with your choice of what you want on the sign such as name, phone number, website, etc. All signs must be approved by the festival chairman to be sure they meet the county sign ordinance.
Bronze sponsor – $2,000.00
For your donation you will receive a 4’X8’ sign like listed above ($500.00 value), a logo spot on most Beulahfest Radio spots (up to a $60,000 value) and your logo and possible website link connection on our website to yours. You will also receive 20 one day admission passes, 10 sausages tickets, and 10 Pepsi drink tickets ($250.00 value)
Silver sponsor – $5,000.00
For your donation you will receive equivalent to the bronze package and also be mentioned on all T.V. ads ($20,000 value). You will be listed as a sponsor on all internet advertising. You will receive 40 one day admission passes, 20 sausage tickets, and 20 Pepsi drink tickets ($500.00 value).
Gold sponsor – $8,000.00
For your donation you will receive equivalent to the silver package which includes all Radio and TV ads, internet advertising, and with the gold sponsor package on all media advertising your business will be presented as “Beulahfest brought to you by your business name”. There will also be a banner on the music stage that says “Beulahfest brought to you by your business name” which will be seen by crowds of up to 12000+ people. you will receive 60 one day passes, 30 sausage tickets and 30 Pepsi drink tickets. This total package is valued at $80,000 worth of advertising for your business.
BBQ sponsor – $3,500.00
For your donation as the sole Beulahfest BBQ cook off sponsor you will receive the following. All BBQ advertising will be presented as “Beulahfest BBQ cook off brought to you by your company name”. This will include all radio, online, and paper advertising. You will also receive 30 one day admission passes and 15 Pepsi drink tickets. There will be some of the biggest professional BBQ cooking teams coming from as far away as Ohio so don’t miss your chance in being a part of Pensacola’s biggest BBQ cook off.
